Designed to set new Consultants up for success, this multi-part video series simplified the onboarding process into a clear, colorful, and engaging format. I led art direction and motion design, crafting a flexible visual system that combined live action, motion graphics, UGC-style b-roll, and vibrant imagery to keep training informative and dynamic.
Each video used a color-coded structure to guide viewers through the first 90 days of their consultant journey. The motion design reinforced key milestones and tools, while the modular color palette helped important information stand out. The final result was a scalable, brand-aligned educational series used across R+F’s learning platforms to drive early success and retention.
