Rodan + Fields needed a clear and visually engaging way to explain its compensation structure to new consultants. I led the design and motion for a 5-part educational series breaking down how consultants earn through commissions, bonuses, and team-building incentives.
Each video was color-coded by topic but designed to feel cohesive as a system — using Rodan + Fields’ brand palette to maintain a fresh, approachable tone. I handled the full motion design, on-screen type, and animation strategy to make financial content feel accessible, digestible, and aligned with the R+F voice.
